  • Communications: Unified communications, CloudPBX, VoIP, video conferencing, and messaging
  • Commerce: E-commerce, payment processing, inventory management, and logistics
  • Analytics: Business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization
  • Infrastructure: API services, integrations, and developer tools

  • Maintain strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available
  • Immediately notify DRO of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Ensure that all users under your organization's account comply with these Terms

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the Platform's performance or other users' access
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform beyond approved API limits
