- "Controller" means you, the customer

- "Personal Data" means data relating to identified individuals
- "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data
- Process Personal Data only on documented instructions from Controller
- Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
- Assist Controller with data subject requests and compliance
- Notify Controller of data breaches within 72 hours
- Delete or return data upon termination
